Ghorepani is a village located in Myagdi district in the Dhaulagiri Zone of northern central Nepal. The viewpoint of the trek is Poon Hill (3210m) , which offers the best view of sunrise, sunset and mountains. March – April – May (Spring Season).
This is the best time to do Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek. The weather is very good through the trek. Spectacular views of the Dhaulagiri, Tukche Peak, Dhampus Peak, Nilgiri Himal, Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Himchuli, Machhapuchhare and many smaller white snow-capped mountains etc.

Day 01: Kathmandu - pokhara(830m) 7/8 hours drive by Tourist bus overnight at Lodge.
Day 02: pokhara - Nayapul 1 hours drive by taxi and trek start from Nayapul to thikhedunga (1540m) 3 hours walking overnight at Lodge.
Day 03: Thikhedhunga - Ghorepani(2853m) 6/7 hours walking overnight at Lodge.
Day 04: Ghorepani — Tadapani — Ghandruk Village (1960m) 7/8 hours walking Overnight at Lodge.
