Weaving together the story of Fremantle, the much-anticipated FOMO Freo precinct in Kings Square is coming to life with the launch of FOMO Street Alley this weekend, featuring an array of newly-opened, ‘street eats-style’ restaurants.
Across three days and nights of food, fun and music this December 10-12, hungry visitors can sink their teeth into some of the delights on offer while enjoying roving performers, circus workshops, DJs and more.
Inspired by South East Asian hawkers markets, FOMO Street Alley finds some of Perth’s old and new favourite eateries spilling into the street and outdoor areas… The smell of delicious food wafting through the air from the likes of SUKU (pictured, below), Little Seoul Korean BBQ, Lo Kong Kee Hong Kong BBQ, Mumbai Rocks, Yin Yang Wok & Soup Bar, Smash Grill, Get Chunky, Fry’d, Varsity and Roll’d, with more to come.
Vendors will be getting in on the action too, offering specials all weekend including $10 Cheeseburger & Fries from Varsity, $10 Honey BBQ Pork & Rice from Lo Kong Kee Hong Kong BBQ and much more.
Once you’ve feasted, stick around and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and FOMO Freo really begins to fire up – check out the timetable below and head to the Facebook Event for more info.
