Hallelujah! Cult Pop Up Deli’s Continental Store
They say patience is a virtue, and we’d say that in this case, it’s being richly rewarded. Since their low-key beginnings as a pop-up in Rossonero’s Maylands laneway, Deli’s Continental has built a truly fervent following. And rightly so – their conti rolls are both traditional and boundary-pushing, loaded with classic ingredients and sandwiched between house-baked rolls or (perhaps controversially?) a truly impressive hunk of house-made focaccia.
Like many others, their new store has encountered more than its fair share of delays – but the day is finally upon us. Opening on Tuesday, you’ll be able to get your hands on their now-iconic conti rolls, as well as both Roman-style pizza al taglio and round-based pizzas, plus a cheeky cookie or two to satisfy any sweet tooths out there. This is just the start, with plans to extend their offerings and plenty of collabs lined up already – we can’t wait.
Deli’s Continental will be located at 861 Beaufort Street, Inglewood, and will be open every day from 7:00AM to 9:00PM from early March. Keep an eye on their socials HERE for updates.
